Cytat:(AllHipHop News) Flesh-N-Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony has pleaded not guilty to 12-year-old allegations that he struck his mother in the side of the head with a gun. Flesh was arrested on Sunday (March 28) for warrants on domestic violence and firearm charges. According to court documents, the rapper, who served eight years for pointing an AK-47 at a neighbor, struck his mother with a gun and caused a one-inch gash. Flesh, born Stanley Howse, posted $10,000 and was released from custody yesterday (March 29).

Layzie wyjaśnił całą sprawę i debilne oskarżenia. Pogrubiłem najciekawsze fragmenty.

Cytat:One moment, Layzie Bone was onstage, rapping a song called "Thug Devotion." The next moment, he saw at least 15 law enforcement officers in the wings, taking his older brother Flesh-N-Bone into custody.
"It was pandemonium," said Layzie, whose real name is Steven Howse.
Almost 90 minutes into Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's sold-out concert Sunday night at House of Blues in Cleveland, Flesh (aka Stanley Howse) was arrested on charges of domestic violence and felonious assault, stemming from an October 1998 incident in Solon.
According to a Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office record, Flesh's mother suffered a one-inch cut on the side of her head after Flesh struck her with a gun.
"That's a damn lie," Layzie told The Plain Dealer on Tuesday afternoon, speaking by phone from a tour stop in Indianapolis, where Bone Thugs-N-Harmony performed (minus Flesh) on Monday night. It was Layzie's first interview since Flesh's arrest.
"My brother never struck my mother," said Layzie, 35.
"I was right there. What happened was, some dudes walked up and were hating on us, and my mother got in the middle of it.
"She was trying to protect her children. And then they're gonna say my brother hit my mother -- c'mon, man. We aren't barbaric.
"My brother is so respectful of my mother. He's her oldest son. That's why we're looking at this like, 'Can you believe what they're saying?' They're trying everything they can to tear Bone Thugs-N-Harmony down."

Flesh, 36, was arraigned Tuesday morning in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court and pleaded not guilty to the charges. He is free on $1,000 bond. His case was assigned to Judge Joseph Russo, with a pre-trial hearing set for April 6.
Flesh is staying with family members in Cleveland, said Layzie, who spoke to his brother by phone Tuesday.
"He's doing good," Layzie said. "We understand that the past is the past, and we're gonna clean that up in order to move forward."
Deputies had planned to arrest Flesh after the show, but they moved in early because they thought he was trying to slip out, according to a sheriff's spokesman.
"My brother walked offstage to get some water," Layzie said.
"He wasn't tipped off. . . . We didn't even get to finish our show. We weren't nowhere near finished. We had a three-hour show for Cleveland.
"We cooperated with the police. They did their job and obeyed the law, as well as we did. We knew them guys. We went to school with 'em. We went to school with the police, man.
"But why did they let us go onstage if we couldn't finish the show? That was disrespectful. To say Flesh was trying to run -- run where?"
Flesh, who resides in Los Angeles, served time in California prison from 2000 to 2008 for threatening a man with an AK-47 assault rifle.
This was Flesh's first visit to Cleveland in 12 years, Layzie said.
Flesh was unaware of the outstanding warrants against him, as were the other members of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Layzie said.
Cleveland was the fifth stop on a 34-date U.S. tour for the Grammy-winning hip-hop group, which got its start here in the 1990s. For now, Layzie, Krayzie Bone and Wish Bone plan to continue touring without Flesh.
"He has permission from his parole office [in California] . . . to go to all these cities," Layzie said. "If we knew [about the warrants], we wouldn't even have [played] Cleveland. . . . I'm torn, man, because I love my city so much."
Pamela Howse, the mother of Flesh and Layzie, was at the concert here. When Flesh was arrested, she had an anxiety attack and was taken to Huron Hospital.
She went home Monday night, Layzie said.
"She's doing fine," Layzie said.
"She had just seen her son after all this time, and the [expletive] police -- she didn't understand what was going on. So I had to put my mother in the ambulance and my brother in the police car. You can just imagine how I feel.
"They're telling a lot of lies . . . trying to make us look barbaric. But we're far from that.
"I'm just hopeful that the truth will reign supreme."
Creepin on Ah Come Up oraz E. 1999 Eternal - uwielbiam te materiały zajebista sprawa niestety dalej z albumu na album coraz gorzej (co nie Marcin Big Grin ? ) Thuggish Ruggish Bone to zdecydowanie ich wizytówka zwrota Layzie'go i Bizzie'go miazga ;]

The Law [Intro]
Rebirth
See Me Shine [featuring J Rush]
Only God Can Judge Me
Wanna Be
My Life
Everytime
Fearless [Interlude]
Gone [Featuring Ricco Barrino]
Meet Me In The Sky [Featuring K Young]
Universe
A New Mind = A New Life [Interlude]
Pay What They Owe
Facts Don’t Lie

Czyli całe dwa nowe tracki plus dwa interlude'y...

Cytat:Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's blockbuster album, 'Uni5: The World's Enemy,' is its first release in more than 15 years with all five members in tow. Though 'Uni5: The World's Enemy' updates Bone's signature sound and style into a less abrasive, more reflective incarnation, the group's potency has only been heightened. Although Flesh-N-Bone was arrested in the late 1990's and sentenced to more than a decade in prison, having all five group members working in unison on 'Uni5: The World's Enemy' gave the collection more significance in a robust effort. The unity of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony shines throughout 'Uni5: The World's Enemy.' The piano-accented 'Facts Don't Lie' features the group coming together to document its history and cement its status as the rap game's original thugs, while the melodic 'Pay What They Owe' details how Bone changed the music world. Long-time Bone fans know that one of the group's strengths is its ability to make credible inspirational music. The moody 'My Life' and the bluesy 'Determination' encourage fans to look for the positive in life and to not give up in the face of adversity. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony reaches its creative apex on 'Uni5: The World's Enemy.' It's an album that could have only been made by worldly, battle-tested, street-savvy men who have tasted success and disappointment, who have known triumph and failure.

Facts Don't Lie
Pay What They Owe (dziwne, wypuścili już ten track w CDQ)
My Life
Determination
